Shipping policy

  • Order Processing & Shipping
    Online orders are processed Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM PST, excluding statutory holidays. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing. Be sure to provide complete address details, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers, to ensure accurate delivery.

  • Tracking & Insurance
    All shipments include a tracking number and insurance coverage up to $50 CAD. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

  • Undeliverable Orders
    If an order cannot be delivered for any reason, it may be re-shipped at the customer’s expense or cancelled at our discretion without further notice.

  • Liability Disclaimer
    Luxe Emerald is not responsible for stolen, lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once they leave our facilities and are in the hands of the carrier. Delivery delays do not qualify for compensation, penalties, or order cancellations.

  • Shipping Issues & Disputes
    Any concerns regarding delivery must be addressed directly with the carrier or through your financial institution. Please note that any false or fraudulent chargeback claims will be actively disputed.

  • Right to Cancel
    Luxe Emerald reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion

  • Taxes and Duties
  • All Canadian orders are subject to applicable sales taxes, which are calculated and added at checkout. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian sales tax; however, you may be responsible for duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs authorities. Please review the import regulations in your country for further details.

    Please note that estimated shipping times do not include customs processing. Luxe Emerald is not liable for any additional duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs. If an order is refused, the recipient remains responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, and any applicable customs charges.
